By accessing or using theKrew.ai website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tuple Technologies ("theKrew," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
theKrew.ai is an AI-powered sales and marketing platform that provides automated lead generation, content creation, email campaigns, social media management, and advertising services for businesses. Our AI agents perform marketing tasks on your behalf based on the information and preferences you provide.
When you create an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Plans and pricing. theKrew offers subscription plans starting at $99/month. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused and no charges will apply.
Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method for up to 7 days before suspending your account.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no penalties. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Our AI agents generate content on your behalf, including but not limited to email copy, social media posts, blog articles, ad copy, and landing page text. You acknowledge that:
Your data belongs to you. Specifically:
theKrew integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, email providers, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or outages of third-party services. If a third-party platform suspends or restricts your account due to content or campaigns created by theKrew, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee reinstatement.
If you use theKrew to run paid advertising campaigns, you are responsible for setting and managing your daily ad budget. theKrew manages campaigns through its own ad accounts on your behalf. Ad spend is billed separately from your theKrew subscription and is charged directly by the advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.). theKrew does not mark up or take a percentage of your ad spend.
We strive to keep the Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theKrew and Tuple Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless theKrew, Tuple Technologies, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
